    Brussel Sprout Gratin with Speck and Grana Padano PDO

    Ingredients

    • 500 g Brussel sprouts,
    • 100 g Grana Padano PDO,
    • 100 g speck,
    • butter,
    • salt,
    • pepper.

      Preparation

       

      STEP 1

      Cut the Brussels sprouts in half and steam them for 10-15 minutes.

       

      STEP 2

      Place the Brussels sprouts in a baking dish, add the sliced speck and top with pats of butter.

       

      STEP 3

      Sprinkle with grated Grana Padano PDO and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 10-15 minutes, until golden.
      Serve the Brussels sprout gratin warm.
