Roll of Seasonal Vegetables and Grana Padano Riserva

Ingredients1 rectangular roll of puff pastry rolled out
100 g Grana Padano Riserva
100 g peas
extra virgin olive oil
salt & pepper
PreparationCut the vegetables into strips and sauté them in a pan with the chopped shallot and a drizzle of olive oil.
Spread out the roll of puff pastry and fill with the sautéed vegetables, adding grated Grana Padano Riserva.
Roll up the pastry dough, using the parchment paper to assist you.
Brush the surface with beaten egg, add sesame seeds and bake at 180 °C for 20-25 minutes.
Serve the puff pastry roll sliced, garnished with fresh basil leaves.
