Grilled Chicken Skewers with Lemon Leaves and Creamy Grana Padano Sauce
Ingredients800 g chicken breast, in bite-size pieces
100 g Grana Padano
extra virgin olive oil
salt & pepper
PreparationTo make the creamy cheese sauce, add in a mixer, the grated Grana Padano with the juice of 1 lemon, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, salt and pepper.
Make skewers by alternating chicken pieces with lemon leaves. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Cook on the grill, brushed with extra virgin olive oil.
Serve the skewers hot, with the Grana Padano sauce and lemon.
