    Grilled Chicken Skewers with Lemon Leaves and Creamy Grana Padano Sauce

    • 800 g chicken breast, in bite-size pieces
    • 100 g Grana Padano
    • 1 Sorrento lemon
    • lemon leaves
    • extra virgin olive oil
    • salt & pepper


    STEP 1

    To make the creamy cheese sauce, add in a mixer, the grated Grana Padano with the juice of 1 lemon, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, salt and pepper.

    STEP 2

    Make skewers by alternating chicken pieces with lemon leaves. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.

    STEP 3

    Cook on the grill, brushed with extra virgin olive oil.
    Serve the skewers hot, with the Grana Padano sauce and lemon.
