    Americano with Skewers of Peppers Filled with Grana Padano Riserva

    • 2 red peppers
    • 2 green peppers
    • 100 g Grana Padano Riserva
    • 50 g breadcrumbs
    • 1 tablespoon capers
    • extra virgin olive oil
    • bay leaf
    • salt & pepper


    STEP 1

    Grill the peppers, let them cool and peel carefully. Cut into long strips and spread on a cutting board.

    STEP 2

    In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, chopped capers, grated Grana Padano Riserva, a drizzle of olive oil and a pinch of salt and pepper. Spoon this mixture on the pepper strips. Roll them up and thread them onto skewers alternating with bay leaves; arrange on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

    STEP 3

    Before cooking, drizzle with olive oil, then bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for 10 minutes.

    STEP 4

    Serve the rolls warm, with an Americano cocktail.



    3 cl Campari bitter
    3 cl red vermouth
    lemon zest and orange slices


    Fill the glass with ice and pour in the Campari bitter, vermouth and soda. Stir, serve garnished with orange peel.
