Non-alcoholic Tomato Cocktail served with Puff Pastry Snacks filled with Cherry Tomatoes, Oregano and Grana Padano Riserva
Ingredients
1 roll of puff pastry, rolled out
200 g Grana Padano Riserva
100 g Pachino cherry tomatoes
oregano
extra virgin olive oil
salt & pepperPreparation
Cut the puff pastry into 4-cm squares and halve the cherry tomatoes.
Place shaved petals of Grana Padano Riserva cheese and half a cherry tomato on each puff pastry square.
Dress with a drizzle of olive oil, salt, pepper and oregano and bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for 10 minutes.

60 ml tomato juice
10 ml lemon juice
2 drops Worcestershire sauce

Fill the glass with crushed ice, add the tomato juice and lemon juice, a few drops of Tabasco, the Worcestershire sauce, a pinch of salt and pepper, and stir with a long spoon. Garnished with cherry tomatoes and serve immediately.
