Lambrusco with Whole Grain Sandwiches with Shavings of Grana Padano
Ingredients4 whole grain rolls
50 g Grana Padano
200 g prosciutto
50 g oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes
1 head lamb’s lettuce
PreparationCut the rolls in half and toast them on the grill for a few minutes.
Fill the rolls with lamb’s lettuce, prosciutto, sun-dried tomatoes and shavings of Grana Padano. Serve as an appetizer with a glass of Lambrusco.
