Apple Cider served with Canapes of Homestyle Bread served with White Grapes, Prosciutto, Honey and Shavings of Grana Padano

Ingredients300 g prosciutto
100 g shaved petals of Grana Padano
500 g homestyle bread
100 g white grapes
200 g ricotta cheese
extra virgin olive oil
PreparationCut the bread into slices and toast it.
Spread a little ricotta cheese on the toasted bread slices and top with a slice of prosciutto, shaved petals of Grana Padano cheese and grapes cut in half. Dress with olive oil, a teaspoon of honey, salt and pepper.
Serve with a few thyme leaves and a glass of apple cider.
