Mini panettone with Grana Padano & cold cuts
Ingredients
16 slices of whole-meal bread
200 g Grana Padano flakes
100 g prosciutto
100 g cooked ham
4 tbsp mayonnaise
4 tbsp pesto
4 tbsp black olive spread
Preparation
With a round dough cutter, cut the whole-meal bread into many circles.
To make the mini gourmet panettone, Layer the bread circles with the various ingredients: olive paté with prosciutto slices, mayonnaise with Grana Padano flakes, pesto with cooked ham.
Serve garnished with pomegranate seeds and baby spinach leaves
