    Bruschetta with bresaola, ricotta, fava beans, rocket and Grana Padano Riserva

    • 8 slices sandwich bread
    • 100 g bresaola
    • 100 g Grana Padano Riserva
    • 100 g fresh fava beans
    • 50 g ricotta or spreadable cheese
    • 50 g rocket
    • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
    • salt
    • pepper



    STEP 1

    Toast the bread slices on a grill or in the oven.

    STEP 2

    Spread the ricotta on the slices, add the fresh fava beans, one or two slices of bresaola, a few rocket leaves and shavings of Grana Padano.

    STEP 3

    Serve the bruschetta with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and a pinch of salt and pepper.
