    Mini panettone with Grana Padano & cold cuts

    • 16 slices of whole-meal bread
    • 200 g Grana Padano flakes
    • 100 g prosciutto
    • 100 g cooked ham
    • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
    • 4 tbsp pesto
    • 4 tbsp black olive spread


    STEP 1

    With a round dough cutter, cut the whole-meal bread into many circles.

    STEP 2

    To make the mini gourmet panettone, Layer the bread circles with the various ingredients: olive paté with prosciutto slices, mayonnaise with Grana Padano flakes, pesto with cooked ham.

    STEP 3

    Serve garnished with pomegranate seeds and baby spinach leaves.
