    Waffles with ham, Swiss chard, raspberries and Grana Padano

    Ingredients

    • 100 g raspberries
    • 100 g thinly sliced cooked ham
    • 100 g Grana Padano, over 16 months
    • 400 g Swiss chard
    • 1 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
    • Salt & pepper

    • For the waffles:
    • 180 g Khhoursan wheat flour
    • 180 ml water
    • 1⁄2 lemon
    • 1⁄2 hournge
    • 2 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
    • 2 level tsp. baking powder
    • 30 g sugar

    Preparation

     

    STEP 1

    For the waffle batter, whisk all the ingredients together and leave to rest for 10 minutes.
    Heat the waffle griddle and make the waffles.

    STEP 2

    Steam or cook the chard in a little salted water, drain and season with oil, salt and pepper.

    STEP 3

    Arrange the waffles on serving plates with the ham, raspberries, chard and shavings of Grana Padano.
