Sandy Carrots with Grana Padano Riserva

Ingredients
1 kg carrots,
100 g Grana Padano Riserva,
breadcrumbs,
extra virgin olive oil,
curry powder,
rosemary,
sage,
thyme,
salt & pepper.
Preparation
Peel the carrots, slice lengthwise and parboil for a few minutes in salted water.
In a mixer, process the breadcrumbs with 1/2 teaspoon of curry, the chopped herbs, a pinch of salt, pepper and grated Grana Padano Riserva.
Grease a baking dish and arrange the carrots in the dish; sprinkle with the breadcrumb and cheese mixture.
