    Salad with mixed greens, cannellini beans, green beans, hard-boiled eggs, chives and Grana Padano

    • 150 g mixed greens
    • 100 g Grana Padano PDO in shavings
    • 4 hard-boiled eggs
    • 200 g canned cannellini beans (drained)
    • 200 g green beans
    • 1 bunch chives
    • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
    • 1 pinch salt
    • ground black pepper to taste



    STEP 1

    Wash and dry the salad and place it in a large bowl. Add the cannellini beans, the green beans, previously boiled and dried, chopped chives and shavings of Grana Padano PDO.

    STEP 2

    Dress with extra virgin olive oil and mix, season with salt and serve with a freshly ground black pepper, garnishing with hard-boiled eggs and shavings of Grana Padano.
