    Marinated chicken tacos with avocado, multi-colour baby tomatoes, lamb lettuce, red onion, Grana Padano shavings and Grana Padano spicy cream sauce

    Ingredients

    To make 4 tacos:
    70 g Grana Padano PDO
    1 avocado
    150 g chicken
    2 tbsp soya sauce
    1 garlic clove
    fresh ginger as required
    10 multi-colour baby tomatoes
    lamb lettuce as required
    1/2 onion
    1 lime

    For the cream sauce:
    200 g cream
    150 g Grana Padano PDO
    chilli powder as required
    1 sprig fresh coriander

    Marinated chicken tacos with avocado, the recipe

    STEP 1

    Cut the chicken into strips and marinate in soy sauce with finely chopped ginger and garlic.

    STEP 2

    Meanwhile, prepare the Grana Padano cream sauce. In a small saucepan, heat the cream and add the grated Grana Padano, chilli powder and finely chopped coriander. Stir well and then allow to cool down.

    STEP 3

    In a non-stick pan, heat a drizzle of oil, add the strips of chicken and cook for approximately 10 minutes.

    Presentation

    Fill the tacos with lamb lettuce, baby tomatoes, onion, chicken strips, Grana Padano shavings and avocado. Garnish with the spicy Grana Padano cream sauce. Serve immediately with a slice of lime.
