    Bloody Mary and Quick Tacos with Chilli and Grana Padano Riserva

    Ingredients

    4 tacos
    1 avocado
    100 g Grana Padano Riserva
    2 tomatoes
    2 sausages
    1 tablespoon tomato paste
    1 cup red wine
    1 lime
    1 chilli pepper
    lettuce
    extra virgin olive oil
    paprika
    salt & pepper

    Preparation

    STEP 1

    In a non-stick pan, sauté the crumbled sausage with a drizzle of olive oil, paprika and chilli pepper.
    Deglaze with 1 cup of wine and add the tomato paste. Cook for a few minutes on medium heat.

    STEP 2

    Dice the avocado and tomatoes, transfer to a bowl and add the grated Grana Padano Riserva. Dress with olive oil, salt and pepper.
    Fill the tacos with lettuce, the dressed avocado and tomatoes and the meat. Serve the tacos warm, sprinkled with grated Grana Padano Riserva.

    BLOODY MARY

    Ingredients

    90 ml Tomatensaft
    ,40 ml Wodka,
    1 Zitrone,
    Worcester-Sauce,
    1 Selleriestange,
    Tabasco,
    Salz,
    Pfeffer.

    Preparation

    Den Tomatensaft in ein Glas gießen, den Wodka, den Saft der 1/2 Zitrone, ein paar Tropfen Tabasco und Worcester-Sauce, Salz und Pfeffer hinzufügen.
    Mit einer Selleriestange verrühren, das Eis dazugeben und sofort servieren.
