Waffles with ham, Swiss chard, raspberries and Grana Padano
Ingredients100 g raspberries
100 g thinly sliced cooked ham
100 g Grana Padano, over 16 months
400 g Swiss chard
1 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
Salt & pepper
For the waffles:
180 g Khhoursan wheat flour
180 ml water
2 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
2 level tsp. baking powder
30 g sugar
PreparationFor the waffle batter, whisk all the ingredients together and leave to rest for 10 minutes.
Heat the waffle griddle and make the waffles.
Steam or cook the chard in a little salted water, drain and season with oil, salt and pepper.
Arrange the waffles on serving plates with the ham, raspberries, chard and shavings of Grana Padano.
