Mini Savoury Pandoros (Muffins) with Grana Padano and Herbs

Ingredients150 g Grana Padano
200 g al-purpose flour
125 g full-fat plain yoghurt
80 g sunflower oil
1 sachet instant yeast
150 g prosciutto crudo
Thyme Rosemary Olives
PreparationBreak the eggs in a bowl, add a pinch of salt, the sunflower oil and the yoghurt and beat with a fork.
Add the grated Grana Padano, the flour, the finely chopped herbs, and mix until you obtain a soft and smooth mixture.
Pour the mixture into mini Pandoro baking tins and bake in a preheated static oven at 180°C for 20-25 minutes.
Leave the Pandoros to cool before removing them from the tins and serve on a dish with prosciutto crudo and green olives.
