Americano with Skewers of Peppers Filled with Grana Padano Riserva

Ingredients

2 red peppers
2 green peppers
100 g Grana Padano Riserva 
50 g breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon capers
extra virgin olive oil
bay leaf
salt & pepper

Preparation

Grill the peppers, let them cool and peel carefully. Cut into long strips and spread on a cutting board.
In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, chopped capers, grated Grana Padano Riserva, a drizzle of olive oil and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Spoon this mixture on the pepper strips. 
Roll them up and thread them onto skewers alternating with bay leaves; arrange on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Before cooking, drizzle with olive oil, then bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for 10 minutes. 
Serve the rolls warm, with an Americano cocktail.

3 cl Campari bitter
3 cl red vermouth
soda
ice
lemon zest and orange slices

Fill the glass with ice and pour in the Campari bitter, vermouth and soda. Stir, serve garnished with orange peel.
