    Gimlet and Crispy Grana Padano Riserva Wafers with Seeds and Herbs

    • 200 g Grana Padano Riserva PDO
    • mixed seeds (flax sunflower pumpkin)


    STEP 1

    Line a baking tray with parchment paper and cover evenly with the grated Grana Padano. Add the mixed seeds on top of the layer of Grana Padano Riserva and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10-15 minutes, until the Grana Padano Riserva is melted and golden. When done, let cool, break into the wafers and serve.



    6 cl gin
    1.5 cl lime juice
    1.5 cl sugar syrup


    Fill a shaker with ice, pour in all the ingredients and shake well for 10-15 seconds. Strain the gimlet into a glass and serve with a wedge of lime.
