    Smoked salmon roll with Grana Padano, chives and pistachios

    • 4 slices of bread
    • 400 g smoked salmon
    • 20 g finely chopped chives
    • 200 g finely chopped pistachios
    • 150 g milk
    • 50 g Grana Padano aged for 9 to 16 months



    STEP 1

    Bring the milk to a boil, remove it from the heat and add the grated Grana Padano.


    STEP 2

    Stir with a whisk until the Grana Padano has completely melted.

    STEP 3

    Moisten the slices of bread with the Grana Padano sauce and sprinkle with the chopped chives.


    STEP 4

    Add the salmon and roll the bread. Roll the salmon roll in the chopped pistachios and cut it into your chosen shape.
