Smoked salmon roll with Grana Padano, chives and pistachios

Ingredients
4 slices of bread
400 g smoked salmon
20 g finely chopped chives
200 g finely chopped pistachios
150 g milk
50 g Grana Padano aged for 9 to 16 months
Preparation
Bring the milk to a boil, remove it from the heat and add the grated Grana Padano.
Stir with a whisk until the Grana Padano has completely melted.
Moisten the slices of bread with the Grana Padano sauce and sprinkle with the chopped chives.
