    Negroni and breaded turkey nuggets with Grana Padano crust

    4-6 people

    Lactose free


    • 600 g turkey breast slices
    • 100 g Grana Padano
    • 100 g breadcrumbs
    • 100 g all-purpose flour
    • 2 eggs
    • 1L oil for frying
    • Salt & pepper



    STEP 1

    In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs and grated Grana Padano. Beat the turkey slices with a meat mallet, dredge in the flour, then in the beaten egg and, finally, in the breadcrumb and grated Grana Padano mixture.

    STEP 2

    Fry them in plenty of vegetable oil for frying until golden brown, place on kitchen paper to absorb any excess oil and season with salt and pepper.

    STEP 3

    Cut the breaded turkey into pieces and serve the nuggets while still warm.



    • 30 ml Vermouth,
    • 30 ml Campari,
    • 30 ml gin,
    • 1 orange slice,
    • Ice.



    STEP 1

    Fill a low tumbler with ice and pour Campari, Vermouth and Gin bitters. Stir and serve garnished with an orange zest.
