    Mini Turkey Burgers with Grana Padano

    • 400 g ground turkey
    • 100 g Grana Padano
    • 1 egg
    • 1 shallot
    • 1 tablespoon breadcrumbs
    • 1 bunch parsley
    • extra virgin olive oil
    • salt &
    • pepper


    STEP 1

    In a bowl, mix the ground turkey with grated Grana Padano, chopped shallot, breadcrumbs, egg, chopped parsley, freshly ground pepper and a pinch of salt.

    STEP 2

    Stir the mixture well to combine. When the turkey mixture is compact, shape into mini burgers using a round pastry ring.

    STEP 3

    Heat a non-stick pan with a drizzle of oil and cook the mini burgers for 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown.

    STEP 4

    Serve the mini burgers hot, with tomato, lettuce and shavings of Grana Padano.
