Ingredients200 g Grana Padano rinds
100 g blueberries
1 small bunch fresh mint
PreparationCarefully grate and brush the outer side of the rinds, then place them in a bowl and soak in cold water for at least 12 hours.
Drain and dry the rinds, cut them into cubes of about 2 cm and grill on all sides until golden.
Cut the melon into chunks and prepare the skewers alternating cubes of Grana Padano, blueberries, mint leaves and the melon cubes.
