Mini Pizza Toasts with Tomato Sauce and Grana Padano
Ingredients
8 slices bread for toasting
250 g tomato purée
200 g Grana Padano
oregano
extra virgin olive oil
salt
Preparation
Spread plenty of tomato purée on one slice of bread, season with salt, oregano and a drizzle of olive oil. Add shavings of Grana Padano, top with another slice of bread and toast on a hot grill for a few minutes on both sides. Serve the toasts hot, cut in half and arrange on a serving plate.
