Bresaola rolls with rocket, chickpeas, avocado and Grana Padano
Ingredients
300 g bresaola
100 g Grana Padano
100 g precooked chickpeas
100 g rocket
1 avocado
1 lemon
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt & pepperPreparation
In a bowl, combine the rocket, Grana Padano shavings, chickpeas, and diced avocado.
Dress with a drizzle of olive oil, lemon juice, a pinch of salt, pepper and mix well.
Lay out the bresaola slices and put some of the rocket and Grana Padano mix on each one. Roll the slices individually and put them on a serving dish.
Serve the bresaola rolls garnished with shavings of Grana Padano and dressed with lemon juice and a drizzle of olive oil.
