    Bresaola rolls with rocket, chickpeas, avocado and Grana Padano

    • 300 g bresaola
    • 100 g Grana Padano
    • 100 g precooked chickpeas
    • 100 g rocket
    • 1 avocado
    • 1 lemon
    • Extra virgin olive oil
    • Salt & pepper



    STEP 1

    In a bowl, combine the rocket, Grana Padano shavings, chickpeas, and diced avocado. Dress with a drizzle of olive oil, lemon juice, a pinch of salt, pepper and mix well.

    STEP 2

    Lay out the bresaola slices and put some of the rocket and Grana Padano mix on each one. Roll the slices individually and put them on a serving dish.

    STEP 3

    Serve the bresaola rolls garnished with shavings of Grana Padano and dressed with lemon juice and a drizzle of olive oil.
