Gimlet and Crispy Grana Padano Riserva Wafers with Seeds and Herbs
Ingredients 200 g Grana Padano Riserva PDO
mixed seeds (flax, sunflower, pumpkin)
PreparationLine a baking tray with parchment paper and cover evenly with the grated Grana Padano. Add the mixed seeds on top of the layer of Grana Padano Riserva and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10-15 minutes, until the Grana Padano Riserva is melted and golden. When done, let cool, break into the wafers and serve.
GIMLET6 cl gin
1.5 cl lime juice
1.5 cl sugar syrup
Fill a shaker with ice, pour in all the ingredients and shake well for 10-15 seconds. Strain the gimlet into a glass and serve with a wedge of lime.
