Savoury crepes with Grana Padano PDO cream and cooked ham

For the crepes:
250 g 00 flour
500 ml whole milk
3 medium eggs
1 pinch of salt
Butter to grease
For the stuffing and gratin:
150 g sliced cooked ham
150 g diced mozzarella or scamorza cheese
80 g grated Grana Padano PDO
400 ml béchamel sauce (home-made or ready-made)
Butter to taste for greasing
