    Crunchy bread salad with tomatoes, cucumbers, red onion, capers and Grana Padano

    400 g sandwich bread
    500 g cherry tomatoes
    100 g Grana Padano
    1 cucumber
    1 Tropea red onion
    50 g pickled capers
    1 garlic clove
    apple cider vinegar
    extra virgin olive oil


    STEP 1

    Cut the bread into cubes and toast in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil and a clove of garlic.

    STEP 2

    Mix the freshly toasted bread, sliced onion and tomatoes, cucumber cut into rounds, drained capers, finely chopped chives and Grana Padano shavings together in a bowl.

    STEP 3

    Dress with a drizzle of olive oil and apple cider vinegar and serve.
