Cheese and Walnut Pies with Grana Padano and Thyme

Ingredients
1 roll shortcrust pastry 100 g Grana Padano 2 eggs 100 ml cream 250 g ricotta 100 g shelled walnuts thyme salt pepper
Preparation
STEP 1
In a bowl, mix the eggs with the cream, ricotta and grated Grana Padano, salt and pepper. Add the coarsely chopped walnuts and thyme leaves; mix well. Line 4 pie moulds with the shortcrust pastry, fill with the cheese and walnut mixture and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20-25 minutes. Serve the pies as soon as they have cooled slightly.
