Introduction
Making these burgers is very easy and they are a great alternative to the classic burger!
Ingredients
4 burger buns
1 head of iceberg lettuce
400 g of cooked borlotti beans
80 g of cooked white rice
50 g of dried tomatoes
90 g of Greek yogurt
90 g of Grana Padano DOP over 14 months
Juice of half a lemon
Ground black pepper to taste
Grana PadanoSandwiches and pizzas
Preparation
STEP 1
Start the preparation by combining the borlotti beans, the already cooked white rice and the sun-dried tomatoes in a bowl. Blend everything to obtain a compact mixture.
STEP 2
From the mixture, cut into balls and press them lightly to obtain the classic burger shape. Cook the burgers on both sides in a pan without adding oil.
STEP 3
Wash, dry and cut the lettuce.
In a separate bowl, make the accompanying sauce by mixing the Greek yoghurt, lemon juice and ground pepper.
STEP 4
Cut the bread in half and toast it in a frying pan.
Top the sandwich with the sauce, borlotti bean burger, lettuce and petals of Grana Padano PDO.

Chef’s advice
If you are not a yoghurt sauce lover, you can use a light mayonnaise as an alternative!
