Filo-pastry parcels with vegetables and Grana Padano

Ingredients60 g flour
4 sheets of filo-pastry
600 g broccoli florets
600 g green beans
150 g ricotta
100 g Grana Padano Riserva
2 bunches basil
10 g sesame seeds
Extra-virgin olive oil
Salt & pepper
PreparationClean the vegetables, cut them into small cubes, cook them in a pan in a little oil and season. Drain on kitchen paper.
Combine the vegetables with the cottage cheese, Grana Padano and chopped basil.
Divide the mixture onto the filo-pastry sheets and seal to form little parcels.
Brush them with olive oil, sprinkle with the sesame seeds and bake at 200° C for 6 minutes.
