    Filo-pastry parcels with vegetables and Grana Padano

    Ingredients

    • 60 g flour
    • 4 sheets of filo-pastry
    • 600 g broccoli florets
    • 600 g green beans
    • 150 g ricotta
    • 100 g Grana Padano Riserva
    • 2 bunches basil
    • 10 g sesame seeds
    • Extra-virgin olive oil
    • Salt & pepper

    Preparation

     

    STEP 1

    Clean the vegetables, cut them into small cubes, cook them in a pan in a little oil and season. Drain on kitchen paper.

    STEP 2

    Combine the vegetables with the cottage cheese, Grana Padano and chopped basil.
    Divide the mixture onto the filo-pastry sheets and seal to form little parcels.

    STEP 3

    Brush them with olive oil, sprinkle with the sesame seeds and bake at 200° C for 6 minutes.
