Proteine | 33g
Carbohidrates| 0g
Due to the maturing process, 20% of the proteins are transformed into free amino acids, which facilitate digestion.
Grana Padano PDO cheese can be considered naturally lactose free, since its processing methods and long ageing cause this milk sugar,
present in raw milk, to be hydrolysed or in any case removed from the lactic fermentation phase.
Therefore, Grana Padano PDO can be eaten by lactose intolerant people.
