Seared Mullet Fillets with Basil, Datterini Tomatoes and Grana Padano
180 g Italian mixed salad
100 g Grana Padano shavings
40 g pumpkin seeds
extra virgin olive oil
PreparationCut the watermelon into cubes, removing the rind and seeds.
In a bowl, combine the watermelon with the mesclun, pumpkin seeds and shavings of Grana Padano and dress with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper.
Toss and serve.
