Cucumber, blueberry and lemon flavoured water & bruschetta with avocado, prosciutto and shavings of Grana Padano Riserva
Ingredients6 slices of sandwich bread
100 g Grana Padano Riserva
100 g prosciutto
extra virgin olive oil
salt & pepper
PreparationToast the bread on a hot grill, add a few slices of avocado and season with a drizzle of olive oil, salt, pepper and a few drops of lemon juice.
Add the prosciutto and some shavings of Grana Padano Riserva.
Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve immediately.
Cucumber, blueberry and lemon flavoured water1 l still water
100 g blueberries
Put the blueberries, sliced cucumber, lemon juice and mint leaves into a jug. Add the water and leave in the fridge overnight to infuse.
Serve the flavoured water the next day with ice.
