    Cucumber, blueberry and lemon flavoured water & bruschetta with avocado, prosciutto and shavings of Grana Padano Riserva

    Ingredients

    • 6 slices of sandwich bread
    • 1 avocado
    • 100 g Grana Padano Riserva
    • 100 g prosciutto
    • 1 lemon
    • mint
    • extra virgin olive oil
    • salt & pepper

    Preparation

     

    STEP 1

    Toast the bread on a hot grill, add a few slices of avocado and season with a drizzle of olive oil, salt, pepper and a few drops of lemon juice.

    STEP 2

    Add the prosciutto and some shavings of Grana Padano Riserva.
    Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve immediately.

    Cucumber, blueberry and lemon flavoured water

    Ingredients

    • 1 l still water,
    • 1 cucumber,
    • 100 g blueberries,
    • 1 lemon,
    • mint,
    • ice.

    Preparation

     

    STEP 1

    Put the blueberries, sliced cucumber, lemon juice and mint leaves into a jug. Add the water and leave in the fridge overnight to infuse.

    STEP 2

    Serve the flavoured water the next day with ice.
