    Tarte Flambé with Prosciutto di San Daniele, Figs, Red Onions and Grana Padano

    • 250 g wheat flour
    • ½ packet of dried yeast
    • ½ teaspoon of sugar, ½ teaspoon of salt
    • 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil
    • 3 figs
    • 4 slices Prosciutto di San Daniele
    • 100 g sour cream
    • 2 tablespoons of grated Grana Padano
    • 1 red onion
    • 2 twigs of oregano



    STEP 1

    Sieve flour into a bowl, form a well, sprinkle yeast inside, add 100 ml of lukewarm water and sugar.
    Stir into a dough with a little flour, leave it to rest for 15 minutes.

    STEP 2

    Add sunflower oil, salt and a little water; knead into a dough and leave to rest for another 45 minutes.
    Slice figs and tear the prosciutto into rough pieces. Slice the onion into small rings and pluck the oregano leaves off the twig.

    STEP 3

    Roll out the dough and spread with sour cream. Top with remaining ingredients and bake in the oven at 250°C for around 5 to 7 minutes.
