 250 g wheat flour
 ½ packet of dried yeast
 ½ teaspoon of sugar, ½ teaspoon of salt
 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil
 3 figs
 4 slices Prosciutto di San Daniele
 100 g sour cream
 2 tablespoons of grated Grana Padano
 1 red onion
 2 twigs of oregano
