    Grilled turkey Sandwich with green apple, chard, tomatoes, and Grana Padano

    • 8 slices rye bread
    • 400 g turkey breast slices
    • 100 g Grana Padano
    • 1 green apple
    • 400 g fresh chard
    • 2 tomatoes
    • 1 lemon
    • 1 garlic clove
    • Mustard
    • Extra virgin olive oil
    • Salt & pepper



    STEP 1

    Thinly slice the green apple and dress it with lemon juice. Slice the tomato, drizzle it with oil, and season with salt and pepper.

    STEP 2

    In a non-stick pan, heat a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil with the clove of garlic, add the chard and toss until tender. Season with salt and pepper and set aside. Grill the turkey breast slices on a hot grill, drizzled with oil for 3-4 minutes on each side, seasoning with salt and pepper on both sides.

    STEP 3

    Make the sandwich by spreading the mustard thinly on a slice of bread, add the chard, Grana Padano shavings, tomato mix, grilled turkey, green apple, and another layer of chard. Top the sandwich with a slice of bread and cut it in half before serving.
