Bresaola, thinly sliced, 200g
Cream cheese, 150g
Grana Padano PDO, finely grated, 60g

Extra virgin olive oil, 1 tbsp
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Fresh chives, to taste

Step 1
In a bowl, beat together the cream cheese and grated Grana Padano PDO until you have a smooth, even mixture.

Lay the bresaola slices flat on a clean work surface and spoon a small amount of the cream onto each one.
