Tartare of Seasonal Vegetables and Grana Padano
Ingredients100 g Grana Padano
1 yellow pepper
1 tablespoon pine nuts
1 bunch curly parsley
1 bunch basil
extra virgin olive oil
PreparationDice the vegetables and transfer to a bowl. Add the lemon juice, chopped parsley, salt, pepper, grated Grana Padano and olive oil and mix well.
Set aside to rest in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes and serve with fresh basil leaves.
