Frozen Citrus Margarita and Grana Padano Popcorn

Ingredients50 g popcorn kernels
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
100 g Grana Padano
PreparationIn a non-stick pan, heat 2 tablespoons vegetable oil and add the popcorn kernels.
Cover with a lid and cook until all the kernels have popped. Transfer the popcorn to a bowl, add a pinch of salt, pepper and grated Grana Padano. Mix. Serve the popcorn while still warm.
FROZEN MARGARITA12 cl lime juice
5 cl tequila
2 cl agave syrup
In a blender, combine the tequila, lime juice and agave syrup. Add a few ice cubes and 3 tablespoons of lemon gelato. Blend until smooth and pour into a glass. Garnish with slices of lime and serve immediately.
