    Classic Pimm’s and Crostini with Grana Padano Riserva, “Carne Salada”, Capers and Mustard

    Ingredients

    • 8 slices country bread
    • 50 g Grana Padano
    • 150 g “carne salada” (salted meat)
    • capers
    • mild mustard
    • extra virgin olive oil
    • salt
    • pepper

    Preparation

    STEP 1

    Toast the bread slices in the oven for a few minutes until golden and let cool. Spread the mustard on the bread, add the slices of meat, capers, a pinch of salt, pepper and a drizzle of olive oil.

    STEP 2

    Serve the crostini with shavings of Grana Padano.

    CLASSIC PIMM’S

    Ingredients

    50 ml Pìmm’s No.1
    150 ml ginger ale
    1 bunch mint
    ice cubes
    orange
    lemon
    cucumber.

    Preparation

    Pour the Pimm’s into a tumbler.
    Add ice cubes and slices of lemon, orange and cucumber.
    Pour in the ginger ale, stir, then garnish with mint leaves.
