Classic Pimm’s and Crostini with Grana Padano Riserva, “Carne Salada”, Capers and Mustard
Ingredients8 slices country bread
50 g Grana Padano
150 g “carne salada” (salted meat)
extra virgin olive oil
PreparationToast the bread slices in the oven for a few minutes until golden and let cool. Spread the mustard on the bread, add the slices of meat, capers, a pinch of salt, pepper and a drizzle of olive oil. Serve the crostini with shavings of Grana Padano.

1 bunch mint
Pour the Pimm's into a tumbler.
Add ice cubes and slices of lemon, orange and cucumber.
Pour in the ginger ale, stir, then garnish with mint leaves.
