Cold pasta salad with cherry tomatoes, green olives, ham, lamb’s lettuce and Grana Padano
Ingredients300 g whole wheat pasta
150 g lamb’s lettuce
150 g Grana Padano PDO over 16 months
70 g pitted green olives
100 g ham
100 g grape tomatoes
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
PreparationBoil the pasta in plenty of salted water, drain and rinse under cold water to cool. Transfer the pasta to a bowl, add extra virgin olive oil, the ham cut into thin strips, sliced olives, lettuce, cherry tomatoes and cubed Grana Padano, mixing well, and season with salt and pepper.
Serve the pasta cold, garnished with toasted sesame seeds.
