- For the Bolognese ragù:
- 500 g of mixed minced meat (veal and pork)
- 1 onion, 1 carrot and 1 stick of celery, finely chopped
- 700 g of tomato puree
- 1 glass of red wine
- 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- For the béchamel sauce:
- 1 liter of whole milk
- 100 g of butter
- 100 g of flour
- Nutmeg and salt to taste
- To assemble:
- 250 g of lasagna pasta sheets
- 150 g of grated Grana Padano PDO
- Butter to taste for the pan
