500 g Brussel sprouts,
100 g Grana Padano PDO,
100 g speck,
butter,
salt,
pepper.
Preparation
Cut the Brussels sprouts in half and steam them for 10-15 minutes.
Place the Brussels sprouts in a baking dish, add the sliced speck and top with pats of butter.
