Turkey Breast with Mustard and Grana Padano

500 g turkey breast
100 g Grana Padano
150 g grape tomatoes
2 tablespoons of mustard
1 cup of white wine
200 ml fresh cream
1 garlic clove
extra virgin olive oil
rosemary
thyme
salt & pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Cut the turkey breast into 4 slices, brush with mustard, season with salt and pepper. Brown in a pan with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and a clove of garlic.
Step 2
Add the white wine and rosemary and simmer for 15 minutes.
Prepare the mustard sauce by blending the grated Grana Padano cheese, fresh cream, thyme and 1 tablespoon of mustard in a mixer. Pour the mustard sauce into the pan with the turkey and cook for a few minutes. Remove from the heat leave to cool.
Step 3
Halve the grape tomatoes and arrange on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Dress with salt, pepper, thyme and a drizzle of olive oil and bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C for 10-15 minutes.
Step 4
Slice the turkey then serve with its sauce and the roasted tomatoes, garnished with shaved petals of Grana Padano.
