Ingredients
500 g Spaghetti
2 tablespoons freshly ground black pepper
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
80 g butter
125 g grated Grana Padano PDO and extra to serve
salt
Preparation
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Salt the boiling water and add the pasta. Cook until just al dente. Just before draining the pasta, scoop out 1 & 1/2 cups of starchy water and set aside.
